We were in the middle of a critical systems enabled business transformation programme when we called on the services of Jamie to conduct a programme review, advise on and enable us to chart a new path forward. The expertise and insights Jamie brought to us at that point in time were crucial – helping us to understand and break down the issues, focus on what mattered most, cut out noise, and move forward with clarity and confidence.

This enabled us to build back confidence in the programme, move forward stronger, let go of less important issues and resolve some of the most critical roadblocks, at a point when we came close to giving up. Throughout, Jamie demonstrated real commitment to the success of the programme and our talent, and shared in our critical concern to ensure careful stewardship of our charitable resources, and he continued to show real interest in our progress long after he completed the assignment. Jamie was a pleasure to work with, even when he was being very tough, which he did not hesitate to do when needed.
