Kintsugi is a traditional Japanese art form that repairs previously beautiful broken pottery or ceramics with gold, silver, or platinum. Kintsugi, therefore, re-creates the beauty while embracing the imperfections rather than disguising its flaws.

Rather than discarding the broken piece, the broken parts are carefully analysed and reassembled. The repaired object becomes a unique piece of art in its own right.

Jamie is an authentic Executive with extensive experience of embedding technology driven change into global organisations. He is known for recovering troubled and failing projects where he is brought in to understand root causes and implement recommended remediation plans.

He has created numerous high-performing teams whose diversity and development he naturally cultivates and embraces. He builds deep, strong and most importantly trusting relationships at levels from board to new graduate. His attention to detail and forensic analysis brings structure and control to the most complex situations.
